In March of this year Jim Victor and his wife, Marie Pelton, were invited by ET Promotions to create some food sculptures at the "Festival Walk" in a mall in Hong Kong. They carved food out of chocolate,white and dark, coloring the white chocolate with spices or glazing it for color. The following photos are about that trip and the work they did.
